A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CARSON TRANSFERRING CONTINGENCY
FUNDS TO THE CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT FUND FOR
FISCAL YEAR 1987-88
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to transfer monies in
Contingency Fund in the amount of $585,000 to the fiscal year 1987-88 Capital
Improvements Fund.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 20th day of
September 1988.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
Section 1. Monies in the Contingency Fund in the amount
of $585,000
are hereby
transferred to the Capital Improvements Budget for fiscal year 1987-88.
Section 2. The sum of $585,000 transferred to the 1987-88
Capital
