A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CARSON TRANSFERRING FUNDS FROM THE
RETIREMENT CONTINGENCY FUND TO THE 1986-87
GENERAL FUND
WHEREAS, the City Council has adopted a budget for fiscal year
1986-87; and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to amend the adopted budget
for fiscal year 1986-87 by transferring funds from the Retirement Contingency
Fund to the General Fund; and
WHEREAS, it has been determined that the amount of the transfer
shall be $1,335,529.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the budget for fiscal
year 1986-87 is hereby amended to transfer $1,335,529 from the Retirement
Contingency Fund to the General Fund for the 1986-87 fiscal year.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 20th day of
September 1988.
