A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CARSON TRANSFERRING FUNDS FROM THE
RETIREMENT CONTINGENCY FUND TO THE 1987-88
GENERAL FUND
WHEREAS, the City Council has adopted a budget for fiscal year
1987-88; and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to amend the adopted budget
for fiscal year 1987-88 by transferring funds from the Retirement Contingency
Fund to the General Fund; and
WHEREAS, it has been determined that the amount of the transfer
shall be $955,139.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the budget for fiscal
year 1987-88 is hereby amended to transfer $955,139 from the Retirement
Contingency Fund to the 1987-88 General Fund.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 20th day of
September . 1988.
