A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF CARSON REDUCING THE LENGTH
OF THE FIRE HYDRANT ZONE BETWEEN 19503
AND 19431 SCOBEY AVENUE TO 22 FEET IN
LENGTH
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARSON does hereby resolve as follows:
SECTION I
In accordance with the provisions of Section 22514 of the California Vehicle Code,
the Public Works Director is authorized to reduce the fire hydrant zone at the fire hydrant
between 19503 and 19443 Scobey Avenue to 22 feet in length instead of the standard 30
feet in length, by the installing red curb for 11 feet on each side of the fire hydrant.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 7th day of March
1989.

Council, duly and regularly held on the 7th day of March 1989, and that the same was
