GREENCASTLE COMMON COUNCIL
SPECIAL SESSION
TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 17, 1998 4:30 P.M. CITY HALL
The Greencastle Common Council met in Special Session Tuesday, February 17, 1998, 4:30
p.m. at City Hall. Mayor Michael called the meeting to order_ On the Roll Call, the following
were found to be present: Councilor Roach, Councilor Green, Councilor Baynard and Councilor
Masten. Councilor Hammer was absent.
Resolution 1998 -6, A Resolution Authorizing Additional Appropriation, was read by Mayor
Michael. This additional if for the new telephone system put in for City Hall, Police, Fire and
Utility Offices. Motion to approve made by Councilor Roach, seconded by Councilor Green.
Vote was unanimous.
Being no further business Councilor Roach made the motion to adjourn, seconded by Councilor
Green. Vote was unanimous.
