Traffic Control Contractor will be required to maintain access to driveways/individual properties. Emergency vehicle access shall be maintained. Impacts to Gulf Stream School drop off and pickup loop shall be minimized to the extent possible. Access for residents with special needs shall be maintained. Mail Delivery Trash Pick-Up Site Restoration The contractor is responsible to prepare a pre-construction video and restore in-kind areas damaged during construction including driveways, and front-yard grass areas. Final restoration will be completed as one of the last stages of construction. A preconstruction video will be completed to document the existing conditions along the project area before the contractor begins work.
