A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARSON FIXING THE
EMPLOYER'S CONTRIBUTION UNDER THE PUBLIC EMPLOYEES' MEDICAL AND
HOSPITAL CARE ACT FOR FISCAL YEARS 1990/91 AND 1991/92 FOR THE
SUPERVISORS' ASSOCIATION.
The City Council of the City of Carson hereby finds, resolves and
orders as follows:
WHEREAS, Government Code Section 22825.6 provides a local agency
contracting under Public Employees' Medical and Hospital Care Act shall fix
the amount of the employer's contribution at an amount not less than the
amount required under Section 22825 of the Act; and
WHEREAS, the City of Carson is a local agency contracting under the
Act.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the employer's contribution for
each full-time employee or annuitant represented by the Supervisors'
Association for the Fiscal Year 1990-91 effective October 1, 1990 shall be
the amount necessary to pay the cost of his/her enrollment, including the
enrollment of his/her family members, in a health benefits plan or plans to a
maximum of $360 per month; and for Fiscal Year 1991/92 shall be a maximum
of $370 per month.

hereby certify that the whole number of members of the City Council of said City is
five; that the foregoing resolution, being Resolution No. 90-124 was duly and regularly
adopted by the City Council of said City at a regular meeting of said Council, duly and
regularly held on the 18th day of September, 1990, and that the, same was so passed and
adopted by the following vote:
