SUBJECT: PUBLIC SAFETY COMMISSION ACTIONS — MEETING OF
AUGUST 28, 2013
RECOMMENDATION:
The City Council is requested to receive and file the Public Safety Commission actions
from their meeting of August 28, 2013,
BACKGROUND:
On August 28, 2013, the Public Safety Commission held their regularly scheduled
meeting.
ANALYSIS:
Following is a summary of actions taken at the August 28, 2013 Public Safety
Commission meeting:
1. ROLL CALL:
Present: Commissioner - Clift, Haddad, Nim ri, Vice -Chairman Redmond,
Chairman Stratis
Absent: Commissioner- None
Excused: Commissioner - None
2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES
The Public Safety Commission approved the minutes of their August 14, 2013
meeting.

PARKING CITATION HEARINGS
The Public Safety Commission held five hearings in person, upheld four citations
and dismissed one.
The Public Safety Commission reviewed two hearings requested by written
declaration, upheld one and dismissed one citation.
CONCLUSION:
The City Council is requested to receive and file this report.
FISCAL IMPACT:
This item does not have an impact on the Fiscal Year (FY) 2013-14 City Budget.
