The Greencastle Common Council met in Executive Session Wednesday, March 10, 1998, 6:30
p.m. at the Putnam County Library. Mayor Michael called the meeting to order. On the Roll
Call, the following were found to be present: Councilor Roach, Councilor Hammer, Councilor
Green and Councilor Masten. Councilor Baynard was absent. Also present was: City Attorney
Trudy Selvia, City Engineer Ron Smith, Street Commissioner Jim Wright and Bill Dory from the
Greencastle Development Center.
The purpose of this meeting is to discuss Economic Development. It was requested that an
Executive Session for discussion oe set up wYIUI the County Commissioners.
Being no further business, motion to adjourn made by Councilor Roach, seconded by Councilor
Hammer. Vote was unanimous.
