Home My Public Portal About91-062 RESOLUTION NO. 91-062 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARSON DETERMINING THE TOTAL ANNUAL APPROPRIATION SUBJECT TO LIMITA- TION OF THE CITY OF CARSON FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 1990-91 WHEREAS, the City Administrator has prepared and submitted to the City Council a budget for the fiscal year commencing July 1, 1990; and WHEREAS, said total annual appropriations subject to limitation of the City of Carson has been computed by the Director of Finance in accordance with the provisions of Article XIII.B and Government Code Sections 7900, et seq., all of which are attached hereto in appropriate schedules; and WHEREAS, the City of Carson has complied with all of the provisions of Article XIII.B and Government Code Section 7902 in determining the total annual appropriation subject to limitation for the fiscal year 1990-91; NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL of THE CITY OF CARSON DOES HEREBY FIND, DETERMINE, ORDER AND RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. The City Council finds this Resolution and the schedules attached hereto as presented to it for adoption at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Carson on June 18, 1991, and that fifteen days prior to such meeting the documentation used in the determination of the appropriation limit was made available for public inspection. Section 2. The total annual appropriations of the City of Carson subject to limitation as specified in Article XIII.B of the State Constitution for the fiscal year 1990-91, commencing July 1, 1990, as set forth on schedules attached hereto and made a part hereof, is hereby fixed and determined to be $31,358,989. Section 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this Resolution, and shall maintain said Resolution along with Schedules A and B attached hereto, and made a part hereof, in the City Clerk's office for public inspection. 1991.
