A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A
RELEASE OF LOTS IN REEVES SUBDIVISION IN THE CITY OF
TIFFIN AS TO THE DEVELOPER'S AGREEMENT AND LIENS
WHEREAS, the City of Tiffin, entered into a Developer's Agreement
with Developers Clarence Sewell and James Stetzel, dated December 13th, 1995,
recorded January 25th, 1996, Book 2026, Page 30, in the records of Johnson
County, Iowa, concerning real estate within the City of Tiffin, Iowa;
\XJI- AREAS, the Developers have satisfied their obligations under the
Agreement and it is therefore appropriate for the City torelease all of the lots
located within Reeves Subdivision from the above - described agreement and
liens created by such agreements
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COUNCIL OF TIFFIN, IOWA, that authority is hereby granted to the Mayor
to execute a release all lots inReezes Subdizision from the Developer's Agreement
dated December 13th, 1995, recorded January 25th, 1996, Book 2026, Page 30,
in the records of Johnson County, Iowa.
ON THE 11 ' day of A9 , 2012, at a regular meeting of the
Tiffin City Council, Tiffin, Iowa, Councilperson Bat
introduced A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO
EXECUTE A RELEASE OF LOTS IN REEVES SUBDIVISION IN THE
CITY OF TIFFIN AS TO THE DEVELOPER'S AGREEMENT AND
LIENS, and made a motion for approval.

The motion was seconded by
WIIEREUPON, the Mayor declared that the A RESOLUTION
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A RELEASE OF LOTS
IN REEVES SUBDIVISION IN THE CITY OF TIFFIN AS TO THE
DEVELOPER'S AGREEMENT AND LIENS, be adopted and signified his
approval of the same by affixing his signature thereto.

Release of Lien
Established under Developer's Agreement
Know All Persons by These Presents:
By the authority of the City Council, the City of Tiffin, Iowa, does hereby release the following
described property:
All Lots in Reeve's Addition, Parts One and Two, Tiffin, Johnson County, Iowa, according to
the recorded plat thereof and also described on the attached Exhibit "A" legal description,
Solely and specifically from any lien established under Paragraph Six of the Developer's
Agreement entered into with the Developers, Clarence Sewell and James Stetzel, and the City of
Tiffin, Iowa, which was dated the 13th day of December 1995, recorded January 25, 1996, in
Book 2026, Page 30, records of Johnson County, Iowa.
