AUTHORIZING PURCHASING AGENT TO ADVERTISE FOR
BIDS FOR THE REMOVAL OF STREET SWEEPINGS
WHEREAS, there is need for removal of street sweepings in the Borough of
Carteret; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the Borough of Carteret to bid for removal
of said street sweepings;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the
Borough of Carteret that the Purchasing Agent is hereby authorized and directed to
advertise for bids for removal of street sweepings.
Adopted this 5th day of March, 1998
and certified as a true copy of the original
on March 6, 1998.
