A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CARSON MAKING FINDINGS REGARDING ALL
SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS LEVIED AGAINST PARCELS
PROPOSED TO BE ASSESSED IN ASSESSMENT
DISTRICT NO. 92-1
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARSON HEREBY FINDS,
DETERMINES, RESOLVES AND ORDERS AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Based upon its review of the
Engineer's Report, As Modified, regarding Assessment District No.
92-1, a copy of which has been presented to the City Council and
which has been filed with the City Clerk, and upon the other
reports and information presented to it, the City Council hereby
finds and determines that the total amount of the principal sum
of all unpaid special assessments levied against the parcels
proposed to be assessed (being the total amount, as determined
and set forth in such Engineer's Report, As Modified, of the
total principal sum of all unpaid special assessments and special
assessments required or proposed to be levied under any completed
or pending assessment proceedings, other than that contemplated
in the proceedings for Assessment District No. 92-1, which would
require an investigation and report under Streets and Highways
Code Section 2800, et sea. , against the total area proposed to be
assessed) within Assessment District No. 92-1, plus the principal
amount of the special assessment proposed to be levied in the
proceedings, do not exceed one-half of the total value of the
parcels proposed to be assessed within Assessment District
No. 92-1 (being the full cash value of the parcels as shown upon
the last equalized assessment roll of the County of Los Angeles) .

I, Helen S. Kawagoe, City Clerk of the City of Carson, California, do hereby certify
that the whole number of members of the City Council of said City is five; that the foregoing
resolution, being Resolution No. 92-038 was duly and regularly adopted by the City Council
of said City at a regular meeting of said Council, duly and regularly held on the 19th day
of May, 1992, and that the same was so passed and adopted by the following vote:
