Chairman Fereday discussed the status of the sundial.

5. PROJECT BOUNDARIES & PRIORITY PROJECTS EXERCISE
With direction from staff the board worked through a worksheet and presentation (see
attached).
6. NEXT STEPS/TIMELINE
The board set the next meeting date for February 16th, 2010.
