1. CALL TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL

2. STORMWATER MATERIALS & DISCUSSION
Staff passed out stormwater materials from the Portland, OR area regarding various
practices. The board discussed these materials and the issue of stormwater as it related
to the upcoming streetscape improvements.
3. REVIEW AREA PLAN
Staff, Nathan Cleaver of Keller Associates, and the board reviewed the updated version
of the area plan.
4. NEXT STEPS/TIMELINE
The board set the next meeting date for March 9th, 2010.
5. ADJOURNMENT
Chairman Fereday adjourned the meeting.
