SPECIAL TOWN HALL MEETING
THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 26, 2013-7:00 P.M.
1. CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Sternquist called the Special City Council Meeting to order at 7:10 p.m. at
First Baptist Church-6019 Baldwin Avenue, Temple City.

Councilmember-Chavez, Vizcarra, Yu, Blum and Sternquist
Councilmember -None
City Manager Pulido, City Clerk Kuo, Parks and
Recreation Director Burroughs, Administrative Service
Director Hause, Community Development Director
Persico, Assistant to the City Manager/ Economic
Development Manager Haworth.
3. PUBLIC COMMENT-None
4. BREAKOUT SESSIONS
Mayor Sternquist gave welcoming comments and invited the attendees to attend
the following breakout sessions: Community Preservation, Economic Development and
Planning, and City Finances.
Councilmember Chavez left the meeting at 8:05 p.m.
5. ADJOURNMENT
The City Council Special Meeting was adjourned at 8:45 p.m.
