RESOLUTION NO. 98/x/ 3 -68
OF THE TOWN OF GULF STREAM, FLORIDA
ELECTING NOT TO BE INCLUDED IN THE
PROGRAM OF THE COMMUNITY ACTION AGENCY
Adopted June 14, 1968
WHEREAS, the Town of Gulf Stream has received
literature from the office of Economic Opportunity requesting
a decision of the Town Commission as to whether or not it
elects to be included in the program of the proposed Community
Action Agency, and the Town Commission has considered the
matter;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, BY THE TOWN COMMIS-
SION OF THE TOWN OF GULF STREAM, FLORIDA, in session
assembled June 14, 1968, that the Town does hereby elect
not to be included in the program of the proposed Community
Action Agency.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that a certified copy of
this resolution be sent to the Palm Beach County Community
Action Council, Palm Beach International Airport, West Palm
Beach, Florida.
