SUBJECT: PUBLIC SAFETY COMMISSION ACTIONS -MEETING OF
SEPTEMBER 25,2013
RECOMMENDATION:
The City Council is requested to receive and file the Public Safety Commission actions
from their meeting of September 25, 2013.
BACKGROUND:
On September 25 , 2013, the Public Safety Commission he ld the i r regu larly scheduled
meeting .
ANALYSIS:
Following is a summary of actions taken at the September 25, 2013 Public Safety
Commission meeting:
1. ROLL CALL:
Present: Commissioner -Clift, Haddad , Nimri, Vice-Cha i rman Redmond ,
Chairman Stratis
Absent: Commissioner -None
Excused: Commissioner -None

2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES
The Public Safety Commission approved the minutes of their September 11, 2013
meeting.
3. PARKING CITATION HEARINGS
The Public Safety Commission held one hearing in person, and upheld the
citation.
The Public Safety Commission reviewed one hearing requested by written
declaration and upheld the citation.
CONCLUSION:
The City Council is requested to receive and file this report.
FISCAL IMPACT:
This item does not have an impact on the Fiscal Year (FY) 2013-14 City Budget.
