A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARSON
FIXING THE EMPLOYER' S CONTRIBUTION UNDER THE PUBLIC
EMPLOYEES ' MEDICAL AND HOSPITAL CARE ACT
WHEREAS, Government Code Section 22825. 6 provides a
local agency contracting under Public Employees ' Medical and
Hospital Care Act shall fix the amount of the employer ' s
contribution at an amount not less than the amount required
under Section 22825 of the Act ; and
WHEREAS, the City of Carson is a local agency
contracting under the Act.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That effective August
1, 1992 , that the employer ' s contribution for each full-time
employee or annuitant shall be the amount necessary to pay
the cost of his enrollment, including the enrollment of his
family members , in a health benefit plan or plans , up to a
maximum of

I, Helen S. Kawagoe, City Clerk of the City of Carson, California, do hereby certify
that the whole number of members of the City Council of said City is four; that the foregoing
resolution, being Resolution No. 93-016 was duly and regularly adopted by the City Council
of said City at a regular meeting of said Council, duly and regularly held on the 16th day
of February, 1993, and that the same was so passed and adopted by the following vote:
