A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CARSON AMENDING THE 1991-92 BUDGET
TO DESIGNATE CERTAIN COMMITMENTS AS
ENCUMBRANCES FOR GOODS AND SERVICES
IN FISCAL YEAR 1991-92
WHEREAS, the City Council has adopted a budget for fiscal year
1991-92 which authorized the expenditure of funds for certain goods and services;
and
WHEREAS, a portion of those funds were encumbered for purchase
orders and contracts for goods and services in fiscal year 1991-92 but were not
expended during that fiscal year; and
WHEREAS, it has now been determined that the actual amount
for these encumbered goods and services is $163,924.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the budget for fiscal
year 1991-92 is hereby amended to set-up a reserve for encumbrances for purchase
orders and contracts to be honored in the 1992-93 fiscal year. The amount of
reservation of fund equity is $163,924 for fiscal year 1991-92.

I, Helen S. Kawagoe, City Clerk of the City of Carson, California, do hereby certify
that the whole number of members of the City Council of said City is four; that the foregoing
resolution, being Resolution No. 93-051 was duly and regularly adopted by the City Council
of said City at a regular meeting of said Council, duly and regularly held on the 1st day of
June, 1993, and that the same was so passed and adopted by the following vote:
