SPECIAL MEETING
May 30, 2008
The Moab City Council held a Special Workshop Meeting on the above
date in the Council Chambers of Moab City Offices, located at 217 East
Center Street, Moab, Utah. Mayor David L. Sakrison called the Pre -
Council Workshop to order at 12:03 PM.
In attendance were Councilmembers Kyle Bailey, Sarah Bauman, and
Jeffrey Davis. Also in attendance were City Manager Donna Metzler,
City Recorder/Assistant City Manager Rachel Ellison and Economic
Development Specialist/Administrative Analyst Kenneth F. Davey and
fifteen members of the audience were present.
SPECIAL MEETING &
ATTENDANCE
Councilmember Bauman moved to approve a Special Event License for SPECIAL EVENT LICENSE,
the Canyonlands Rodeo Parade on June 7, 2008. Councilmember Davis APPROVED
seconded the motion. The motion carried 3-0 aye.
Councilmember Stucki arrived at 12:04 PM.
A Presentation was made by the Higher Education Action Team.
Discussion followed.
Mayor Sakrison adjourned the Special meeting at 1:29 PM.
