GREENCASTLE COMMON COUNCIL
EXECUTIVE SESSION
THURSDAY, APRIL 30, 1998 5:30 P.M. CITY HALL
The Greencastle Common Council met in Executive Session Thursday, April 30, 1998, 5:30 p.m.
at City Hall. Mayor Michael called the meeting to Order. On the Roll Call, the following were
found to be present: Councilor Roach, Councilor Hammer, Councilor Green, Councilor Baynard
and Councilor Masten. The purpose of this session is to interview candidates for the June 1998
School Board Appointment by Council.
The four applicants are: Barbara Bryan, Rick Woodall, Becca Moore and Thomas Bemis.
Questions were asked by all Councilmembers. Council discussed candidates and took a secret
ballot vote to agree upon the two finalists. The two finalist were Barbara Bryan and Becca Moore,
respectively.
Being no further business Councilor Roach made the motion to adjourn, seconded by Councilor
Hammer. Vote was unanimous.
