BACKGROUND: On October 23, 2013, the Public Safety Commission held their regularly scheduled meeting.· ANALYSIS: Following is a summary of actions taken at the October 23, 2013 Public Safety Commission meeting: 1. ROLL CALL: Present: Commissioner-Clift, Haddad, Nimri, Vice-Chairman Redmond, Chairman Stratis Absent: Commissioner-None Excused: Commissioner-None City Council November 5, 2013 Page 2 of2 2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES The Public Safety Commission approved the minutes of their October 9, 2013 meeting. 3. PARKING CITATION HEARINGS The Public Safety Commission held two hearings in person, upheld one citation, and dismissed one citation. The Public Safety Commission reviewed three hearings requested by written declaration and upheld the citations. CONCLUSION: The City Council is requested to receive and file this report. FISCAL IMPACT: This item does not have an impact on the Fiscal Year (FY) 2013-14 City Budget.
