RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
MIDPENINSULA REGIONAL OPEN SPACE DISTRICT
ADOPTING BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR 1977-1978
The Board of Directors of the Midpeninsula Regional Open
Space District does resolve as follows:
Section One. The budget for the Midpeninsula
Regional Open Space District for the fiscal year
1977-1978 is adopted as set forth in Exhibit A.
Section Two. An adjustment to Fiscal Year 1978-
1979 Land Acquisition Reserves should be made to
reflect any difference between actual revenue and
budgeted revenue.
Section Three. Monies are hereby appropriated in
accordance with said budget.
