transfer to GATX Terminals Corporation of the pipeline
franchise previously granted to Continental Oil Corporation.
Section 2 . Said Ordinance provides that the
franchisee may not install or operate any facilities in,
under, along or across any streets within the City of Carson
without prior approval by Resolution of the City Council.
Section 3 . The City Council finds that the public

Street. At this point, the 10-inch diameter pipeline
turns in an easterly direction in 223rd Street
approximately 34 feet north of the center line for
approximately 300 feet, at which point the 10-inch

street limits of the City of Carson is 15 . 190 feet,
more or less.
