There were 12 schools involved. 2 propositions given. 643 votes cast. 323 voters. making it another successful "Youth Mock Election." March 6th. 2007 marked
Claremont's second "Youth Mock Election." Thc goal of this program was to spark the interest of Claremont's youth with the election process by providing
them with their own set of propositions in hopes that a discussion would stem from it whether it is between teachers. parents or even other students. The ground
work for this program was laid out by the City Clerk staff but it was you. the teachers. the parents and the youth, that really made this program soar and for that
we thank you! Below are the results from the "Youth Mock Election."
