COUNCIL “PRE-MEETING” WORK SESSION, JULY 15, 2013
CALL TO ORDER
The July 15, 2013, City Council “Pre-Meeting” Meeting was convened at 5:45 P.M. by
President Pro Tempore Bob Scrivner in the absence of Mayor Eric Struemph.
ATTENDANCE
The following Council Members were present when the meeting convened:
Present: Bray, Graham, Hussey, Mihalevich, Prather, Schulte, and Scrivner
Absent: Henry
Arrived after Meeting Convened: Branch (5:48 P.M.) and Carroll (5:50 P.M.)
A quorum was present.
DISCUSSION OF AGENDA ITEMS
Bill 2013-36 (contract for compost site) – Councilman Bob Scrivner stated there may
be a motion made to extend the current contract for one more year and rebid the
contract in one year.
ADJOURNMENT
The meeting adjourned at 5:55 P.M.
