COUNCIL “BROWN BAGEL” WORK SESSION, AUGUST 1, 2013
CALL TO ORDER
The August 1, 2013, Brown Bagel W ork Session was convened at 7:36 A.M. by Mayor
Eric Struemph.
ATTENDANCE
The following Council Members were present when the meeting convened:
Present: Branch, Graham, Henry, Mihalevich, Prather, and Schulte
Absent: Bray, Carroll, Hussey, and Scrivner
A quorum was present.
DISCUSSION OF AGENDA ITEMS
BILLS:
2013-44 (Sidewalk Café Permits) – Councilman Rick Prather stated he plans to offer
an amendment to change the insurance coverage requirement from $300,000 to
$500,000.
2013-45 (Arthur Brown Group Memorandum of Understanding) – City Counselor
Drew Hilpert explained the background of this issue. Mayor Struemph asked Mr. Hilpert
to contact the County Commission to get their thoughts on the issue. Staff answered
several asked on the issue.
