COUNCIL “BROWN BAGEL” WORK SESSION, AUGUST 29, 2013
CALL TO ORDER
The August 29, 2013, Brown Bagel W ork Session was then convened at 7:47 A.M. with
the arrival of Councilwoman Carrie Carroll.
In the absence of both Mayor Eric Struemph and President Pro Tempore Bob Scrivner, a
motion was made by Councilman Ken Hussey, seconded by Councilman Rick Prather,
to elect Councilwoman Carrie Carroll to preside at the meeting. Motion was approved.
Councilwoman Carroll convened and presided at the meeting.
ATTENDANCE
The following Council Members were present when the meeting convened at 7:47 A.M.:
Present: Branch, Carroll, Graham, Hussey, Mihalevich, and Prather
Absent: Bray, Henry, Schulte, and Scrivner
A quorum was present.
DISCUSSION OF AGENDA ITEMS
BILLS:
2013-67 (Cooperative Agreement for Morris Development) – Councilman Ken
Hussey asked if the Council may think it might be wise to suspend the rules and pass
this on Tuesday night. Councilman Rick Prather, sponsor of the bill, stated he would be
willing to request suspension of the rules if the Council had no objections.
ADJOURNMENT
The meeting adjourned at 7:53 A.M.
