COUNCIL “PRE-MEETING” WORK SESSION, SEPTEMBER 3, 2013
CALL TO ORDER
The September 3, 2013, City Council “Pre-Meeting” Meeting was convened at 5:45 P.M.
by Mayor Eric Struemph.
ATTENDANCE
The following Council Members were present when the meeting convened:
Present: Bray, Carroll, Graham, Henry, Hussey, Mihalevich, Prather, Schulte,
and Scrivner
Arrived after Meeting Convened: *Branch (5:54 P.M.)
A quorum was present.
DISCUSSION OF AGENDA ITEMS
*Councilman Jim Branch arrived during discussion of Pending Bill 2013-64 (ROAR
Development Agreement – 5:54 P.M.)
Councilwoman Carrie Carroll stated that Fire Captain Tim Young was present and he
has asked to make a presentation regarding the “Capital Smoke” book being sold to
raise funds for the Fire Museum. Mayor Struemph stated he could make a presentation
under item “c” of Presentations from Invited Guests.
ADJOURNMENT
The meeting adjourned at 5:56 P.M.
