Mayor Sternquist called the City Council Special Meeting to order at 6:45 p.m. in
the City Hall Council Conference Room at 9701 Las Tunas Drive, Temple City.

PRESENT: Councilmember-Chavez, Vizcarra, Yu, Blum and Sternquist
ABSENT: Councilmember-None
ALSO PRESENT: City Manager Pulido and City Attorney Vail.

At 6:55 p.m. the City Council recessed to Closed Session for the purpose stated
