RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE MIDPENINSULA
• REGIONAL OPEN SPACE DISTRICT
APPOINTING PEACE OFFICER
The Board of Directors of the Midpeninsula Regional
Open Space District does hereby resolve as follows:
1. The following person is hereby designated
as a peace officer of the Midpeninsula Regional
Open Space District to Section 830.3(m) of the
Penal Code of the State of California and under
Sections 5558 and 5561 of the Public Resources
Code of the State of California, to enforce the
Regulatory Ordinance for Use of Midpeninsula
Regional Open Space District lands and any
applicable federal, State and local laws:

RESOLUTION NO. 77-40
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Directors of the Midpeninsula
Regional Open Space District on September 28 19 77 at a
regular meeting thereof, by the following vote:
AYES: D. Wendin, K. Duffy, R. Bishop, H. Turner, N. Hanko, B.
Green and E. Shelley
NOES: None
ABSTAIN: None
ABSENT: None

I, the District Clerk of the Midpeninsula Regional Open Space
District, hereby certify that the above is a true and correct copy
of a resolution duly adopted by the Board of Directors of the
