incur such reasonable expenses as may appear to him to be proper;
AND RESOLVED further that in connection with such
application and attempt be made to include improvements for the
Town jail and the Town Hall.
There being no further business Council subject to the call

The regular meeting of Council was held to -day at 4 :00 p.m. and
was attended by Councilman Cann, Chairman of Council, who pre-
sided, and Councilmen Sharpley, Blumenthal, Righton, Logan and
Town Attorney McIntire.
The minutes of the meeting of September 7th, 1934 were read
and approved.
A petition. from Mr. E.A.Armand requesting that he be re- imbursed
for the cost of repairing his cottage due to conditions caused
by surface water running onto his property from the streets at
Butler Avenue and 13th, was read. Referred to to Councilman
Sharpley For handling.
The financial condition of the Town was discuused.
There being no further business Council adjourned subject to
the all of t`- Mayor.
