RESOLUTIO~ ~ BIDS
FOR THE REPAIR OF POLICg AND FIRE BUILDINGS ROOFS AND
AUTHORIZING READV~iTISING FOR BIDS
WH~; the Borough of Carteret ("the Borough") previously solicited and
received bids for the repair of the roof of the Police Headquarters and
Fire Headquarters ("the" Project); and
Wlfl~FAS; A further Inspection of Buildings reveal that work not contemplated
in the original specifications is necessary to properly complete the Project.
NOW, TH~.~OREBE iT RESOLVEDBYTHEBOROL~ILOFTHE~OROU~OF
CARrE~ETTHAT all bids for the repair of the Police Headquarters and Fire
Headquarter Roofs are hereby rejected.
BE FtRt~IH~tRESOLV~D THAT the Borough Engineer and Purchasing Agent are
hereby directed and authorized to develop and advertise new bids
specifications for the Project.
