RESOLUTION TO GO INI'O CLOSED SESSION
WIIEREAS, Section 8 ofthe Open Pt.blic Meetings Act, Chapter231 ILL 1975,
permits the exclusion of the public flora a meeting i, certain circumslances; and
WtlEREAS, this public body is of the opinion that such circumslances presently
exists;

Borough of Carteret, County of Middlesex, State of New Jersey, as tbllows:
I. The public shall be excluded fi'om attending, discussing or participating in the
hereinafter specified subject matters.
