RESOLUTION NO. 97-005
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARSON,
CALIFORNIA AUTHORIZING THE DEPARTMENT OF GENERAL SERVICES OF
THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA TO PURCHASE CERTAIN ITEMS.
The City Council of the City of Carson, California, does resolve, declare, determine and
order as follows:
Section I. That the City Council of the City of Carson does hereby authorize the Office
of Procurement, Department of General Services of the State of California to purchase
Paratransit Vehicles for and on the behalf of City of Carson pursuant to Section 10324, Public
Contract Code.
Section II. That the Purchasing Manager is hereby authorized and directed to sign and
deliver all necessary requests and other documents in connection therewith for and on behalf of
City of Carson.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED this 4th day of February 1997.
