RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
MIDPENINSULA REGIONAL OPEN SPACE DISTRICT
ADOPTING MASTER PLAN EXCEPT AS IT RELATES TO
LANDS OWNED BY THE PORT OF REDWOOD CITY
The Board of Directors of the Midpeninsula Regional
Open Space District hereby resolve as follows:
Section One. That certain composite draft Master
Plan map and text dated January, 1977, as amended by the
Board of Directors at its meeting of December 14, 1977, a copy
of which is on file with the District Clerk at the District
offices, is adopted as the Master Plan of the District, except
as it relates to lands owned by the Port of Redwood City.
Section Two. That this resolution supersedes Reso-
lution No. 77--20 adopted on April 27, 1977.

RESOLUTION NO. 77-46
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Directors of the Midpeninsula
Regional Open Space District on December 14 , 19 77 at a
regular meeting thereof, by the following vote:
AYES: R. Bishop,K. Duffy, B. Green, N. Hanko, E. Shelley, H.
Turner and D. Wendin
NOES: None
ABSTAIN: None
ABSENT: None

I, the District Clerk of the Midpeninsula Regional Open Space
District, hereby certify that the above is a true and correct copy
of a resolution duly adopted by the Board of Directors of the
Midpeninsula Regional Open Space District by the above vote at a
meeting thereof duly held and called on the above date.
