GREENCASTLE COMMON COUNCIL
EXECUTIVE SESSION
TUESDAY, JULY 14, 1998 6:00 P.M. PUTNAM COUNTY LIBRARY
The Greencastle Common Council met in Executive Session Tuesday, July 14, 1998, 6:00 p.m. at
the Putnam County Library. Mayor Michael called the meeting to Order. On the Roll Call, the
following were found to be present: Councilor Roach, Councilor Hammer, Councilor Green,
Councilor Baynard and Councilor Masten. Also present was City Attorney Trudy Selvia.
The purpose of this meeting was to discuss three pending litigation suits received by the City which
includes: Mary Anne Trapp vs. City of Greencastle, Greencastle City Council and Greencastle
Plan Commission; the Gale Tschuor Company, Inc., vs. The City of Greencastle, and Marathon
Ashland Pipe Line LLC, Marathon Petroleum LLC and Buckeye Pipe Line Company LP vs.
Putnam County Board of Aviation Commissioner, Greencastle Redevelopment Commission,
Greencastle /Putnam County Development Center and Franklin Engineering Company.
After discussion of each issue a motion to adjourn was made by Councilor Roach, seconded by
Councilor Green. Vote was unanimous.
