Wolf seconded and the motion carried.
III. ADDENDUM TO LEASE, OLD HANGAR LEASES ++++++++++
The Committee reviewed the addendum and after
discussion, Colburn recommended that the City Council add

IV. AIRPORT ECONOMICS
Kim Allen, Toothman-Orton Engineering, presented some
suggestions for analysis of the economic impacts of
airports on communities, and presenting such data to the
community. Jim Townley expressed interest in working on
this project and the committee asked that he bring to the
next meeting a membership proposal for the group and some
parameters for the Economic Impact Statement.
V. OTHER BUSINESS:
Staff reported on the Idaho Bureau of Aeronautics
inspection last week and noted that new windsocks were the

REF: FAA STUDY NO.
92-ANM-0133-0E
Subject: Proposed 127' AGL Antenna to be Located 10,000' SSW
of the McCall Airport, McCall, Idaho
Dear Mr. Miller:
An evaluation of the subject installation has been conducted under
the authority of Idaho Code 21-513 through 21-520 and Idaho Trans-
portation Department Rule No. 39.D.02.
It has been determined that the proposed 127' AGL Antenna will not
create a hazard to VFR air traffic. The Federal Aviation
Administration will determine if the proposed structure would have
any detrimental impact on the existing non -precision instrument
approach.
The State of Idaho will concur with any FAA marking and/or lighting
requirements resulting from their instrument approach study.
Sincerely,
LARRY A. RIPPLER, Aviation Technician
