A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO AMEND THE CLASSIFICATION AND
COMPENSATION SCHEDULE TO UPGRADE THE SALARY RANGE FOR THE
ACCOUNTING TECHNICIAN POSITION
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lynwood has adopted an Employee
Classification and Position Plan and on occasion amends the plan as needed; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lynwood has adopted a salary
resolution with salary schedule for General Employees'; and
WHEREAS, the City identified a need to upgrade, the salary range for the
identified position; and
NOW, THEREFORE the City Council of the City of Lynwood does hereby find,
determine, order and resolve as follows:
Section 1. Amend the Employee Classification Plan, as follows:
Upgrade Salary
Accounting Technician
From
G -30 $3,125.42 — $3,798.07
To
G -34 $3,445.80 - $4,188.40
Section 2: That the modifications so ordered by this resolution shall become
effective immediately upon its adoption.
Section 3. The City Clerk shall certify as to the adoption of this City Council
Resolution.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 16 "d day of February, 2016.
