A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO APPROVE TO UNFREEZING THE EXECUTIVE
ASSISTANT TO THE CITY CLERK POSITION IN THE CITY CLERK'S OFFICE
AND FILLING THE POSITION
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lynwood has adopted an Employee
Classification and Position Plan and on occasion amends the plan as needed; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lynwood has adopted a salary
resolution with salary schedule for General Employees'; and
WHEREAS, the City identified a need to unfreeze the identified position; and
WHEREAS, the City shall fulfill any meet and confer obligations related to this
action;
NOW, THEREFORE the City Council of the City of Lynwood does hereby find,
determine, order and resolve as follows:
Section 1. Amend the Employee Classification Plan, as follows, and fill the
position:
Unfreeze Classification
Executive Assistant to the City Clerk — City
Clerk's Office
Section 2. That the modifications so ordered by this resolution shall become
effective immediately upon its adoption.
Section 3. The City Clerk shall certify as to the adoption of this City Council
Resolution.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 16 "d day of February, 2016.
