A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARSON, CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING THE DEPARTMENT OF
GENERAL SERVICES OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA TO
PURCHASE CERTAIN ITEMS
The City Council of the City of Carson, California, does resolve, declare,
determine and order as follows:
Section I. That the City Conch of the city of Carson does hereby authorize
the Office of Procurement, Department of General Services of the State of California, to
purchase paratransit vehicles for and on behalf of the City of Carson pursuant to Section
10324, Public Contract Code.
Section II. That the Purchasing Manager is hereby authorized and directed to
sign and deliver all necessary requests and other documents in connection therewith for
and on behalf of the City of Carson.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED,this 19ffi day of January 1999.

whole number of members of the City Council is five; that the foregoing resolution, being Resolution No.
99-005 was duly and regularly adopted by said Council at a regular meeting duly and regularly held on the
19th day of January, 1999, and that the same was passed and adopted by the following vote:
