SPECIAL MEETING
August 20, 2008
The Moab City Council held a Special Workshop Meeting on the above
date in the Council Chambers of Moab City Offices, located at 217 East
Center Street, Moab, Utah. Mayor David L. Sakrison called the Pre -
Council Workshop to order at 9:03 AM.
In attendance were Councilmembers Kyle Bailey, Rob Sweeten, Jeffrey
Davis, Sarah Bauman and Gregg Stucki. Also in attendance were City
Manager Donna Metzler, City Recorder/Assistant City Manager Rachel
Ellison and Police Chief Mike Navarre.
Councilmember Davis moved to Approval of Resolution #25-2008 — A
Resolution Adopting An Agreement for the Provision of Police Services
between the City of St. George and Moab City. Councilmember
Sweeten seconded the motion. The motion carried 5-0 by a roll -call -
vote.
Mayor Sakrison adjourned the Special meeting at 9:11 AM.
