A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARSON, CALIFORNIA
ADOPTING A COMPENSATION PLAN
FOR ALL PART-TIME (UNCLASSIFIED) CLASSIFICATIONS
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARSON HEREBY RESOLVES AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The Director of Human Resources is authorized and directed under the
provisions of Section 2793.3, Subsection (d), of the Carson Municipal
Code, to prepare and recommend after consultation with department
directors, a compensation plan which becomes effective upon approval by
the City Council.
Section 2. Part-time (unclassified) employees are not represented by a recognized
employee organization or covered by the City's Personnel Rules.
Section 3. The department directors have been consulted with concerning the
proposed compensation plan for part-time (unclassified) employees.
Section 4. The compensation plan for part-time (unclassified) employees is hereby
adopted effective March 6, 1999.
