regulations require a five (5) foot side yard setback. The subject property is
located in the single family residential (A-1) zone and is designated as low
density residential by the General Plan.
The item was approved by the Planning Commission with a 4-0 vote with
Commissioner Seibert recusing himself due to a conflict of interest.
4. COMMUNICATIONS
a. The Planning Commission nominated Commissioner Leung as liaison to the
Temple City Youth Committee.
b. Commissioner Cordes commended staff and volunteers for their efforts in
assisting residents during the windstorm.
c. Commissioner Seibert commended Edison for their efforts in working around
the clock to try to repair the downed power poles.
d. Vice-Chairman Horton wished everyone a happy new year.
e. Chairman O'Leary also wished everyone a happy new year.
f. Community Development Director Masura had no comments.
5. ADJOURNMENT
The Planning Commission meeting was adjourned at 7:57 p.m.
CONCLUSION:
The City Council is requested to receive and file this report.
