granted; and

NOSIV, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF RtCHLAND HILLS, TEXAS THAT:
SECTION I.
Ordinance No. 16, the present ordinance of Richland Hills, Texas,
be and is hereby amended so that henceforth and hereafter the property
described above be and is hereby zoned as doe r~' .I ,
SECTION II.
'This c~diriance shall be in full force and effect from and afta~r its
date of passage.
SECTION III.
I# is hereby ORDERED that the zoning map of the City of Richland Till,
'Texas be amended to show the change brought about by the passage of this
ordinance.
