use map. The item was approved on a 5-0 vote.
b. The Planning Commission recommended that the City Council approve a
Conditional Use Permit and a Tentative Tract Map for the development of a six
(6) unit residential condominium project at 5416-5420 Weiland Avenue. The
subject site is in the multi-family residential (R-2} zone and is designated as
medium-density residential by the General Plan. The item was approved on a
5-0 vote.
4. COMMUNICATIONS
Director of Community Development Masura updated the Planning Commission
regarding various upcoming projects.
5. ADJOURNMENT
The Planning Commission meeting was adjourned at 8:21 p.m.
