3. PARKING CITATION HEARINGS
The Public Safety Commission held five hearings in person and upheld three
citations and dism issed two citations .
The Public Safety Commission reviewed four hearings requested by written
declaration and upheld four citations.
CONCLUSION:
The City Council is requested to review and receive this report.
