HomeMy Public PortalAbout082-2006 - Rezoning - 21 South 34th St _FiORDINANCE 82-2006 A SPECIAL ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING MAP FOR A CERTAIN PARCEL FROM R-2 TO R-2, SPECIAL USE Whereas, the Zoning Map designates certain property commonly known as 21 South 34th Street and legally described as follows, to wit: Lot Number (61) in Ravina Park First Addition to the City of Richmond as a R-2 as outlined on Exhibit A; and Whereas, it is desirable to change the above described real estate's zoning designation to a R-2, Special Use District in order to allow the owner to use said real estate as an accessory off-street parking adjacent to Bank building and use located in C-2 District. NOW THEREFORE, be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana, that the zoning designation for the above described property is changed to a R-2, Special Use District. Passed and Adopted this 16th day of January, 2007, by the Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana.
