Ordinance 27-2020ORDINANCE 27-2020 AMENDING THE CLASSIFICATION AND COMPENSATION PLAN ADOPTED BY THE CITY OF HOPKINSVILLE, KENTUCKY ANNUAL BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR JULY 1, 2020 THROUGH JUNE 30, 2021 SUMMARY SECTION ONE That Section Two of Ordinance 15-2020 adopting the Classification and Compensation Plan is hereby amended to change the pay classification of the Fire Prevention and Public Education Officer from Grade 14 to Grade 17 Exempt. SECTION THREE Any and all existing ordinances inconsistent with this ordinance are hereby repealed. SECTION FOUR This ordinance shall take effect after its passage and publication according to law.
